Intro to Portrait Drawing w Alice Broughton OP July 7, 14, 21 & 28, 1:00 – 3:00

Introduction to Portrait Drawing with Alice Broughtan at Overland Park Store

Often it is the subtle, more nuanced aspects to a portrait that are key to doing great work. Those details can make a big difference, if you know what to look for, and can interpret properly.

Alice Broughton has been a Hallmark Artist, and a teacher for many years. Her ability to capture a wonderful likeness, with expression in her portraits, has informed her teaching, and makes this a class not to be missed. The class is taught in step by step lessons that will help a student get more refined and detailed portrait drawings.

Of course there are generalized instructions, but Alice will take time with individual students, if the student needs some questions answered.
