Made of archival quality, medium-weight 100% linen, it is stretched around beveled, kiln-dried, paulownia wood stretcher bars. It features a 1-1/2 in. thick, staple-free edge that allows for painting on all sides and can be hung with or without a frame. Ready to use with acrylics. For oils and other media, an appropriate ground should be applied.
