Creative-Coldsnow is a family owned and operated business; we commit to offering our customer, the finest quality art materials at the lowest possible price.  If you are purchasing from us, you are purchasing from a small business.  Our prices are completive, even less than Amazon. We strive to provide excellent customer service  with only working Artist’s on staff. When you come in the store or shop online and have questions we will provide personalized customer service with practical hands on professional artist experience.

MSRP/List Price AND Our Price
MSRP stands for Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (also known as “List Price”). MSRPs or List Price are produced by the manufacturer of each product. Our Everyday Price is substantially below MSRP.  We also have several sales a year which offer even deeper discounts.  So, in this case our sale prices are lower than our everyday discount.

Online Price and In Store Price
Including shipping charges generally our in store prices are more favorable than online.  We will match any of Creative-Coldsnow’s online price in the store.  Just bring too our attention and we will evaluate our online price and other charges and meet the expectation of our customers.

Custom Framing Pricing
In Custom Framing there is no List Price or MSRP (Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price). Pricing is subjective based on the shop. Creative-Coldsnow’s Framing everyday price and quality provide a great value. The “Coupon Framers” will reduce the price of only the frame itself, not the matboard, backing and most importantly the labor. So, it is not 50% off the entire custom frame. But, the cutomers walks away thinking they received a 50% discount. In fact our everyday price beats the “Coupon Framers”. If our price is not competitive we will match the competition on price. Just let us know.
